QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
How much will the Phase II construction cost?
Gateway has engaged with an architect and builder to help us develop specific building plans and budget figures. We have a building committee already in place working diligently on this project. At this point, we expect the construction budget for Phase II to be approximately $3.5 million. Although this may seem like an aggressive amount, the elders, finance committee, and leadership team are all committed to being good fiduciaries of our church’s financial stability and resources. As such, we will adjust the project size and budget as necessary to maintain the financial health and stability of the ministry.
How can I help?
Begin now to pray, asking God for the unity of the body as we seek His direction in all of our future ministry efforts. Pray for wisdom, both for our leaders to make wise, God-led decisions, and for the part that He is calling you to play. Pray for miraculous provision for your personal commitment and the obedience of the church family to hear from God and obey.
Pledge. If you have not already participated in the Impact! campaign, you may obtain a pledge commitment card and return it to the church or make your pledge online. A pledge is simply what you believe God is leading you to do. It can be revised at any time throughout the next 3 years, should your circumstances change.
Participate. Plan to fully participate, not only in the financial fulfillment of your pledge over the next 36 months, but also as God gives you opportunity, to invest your time, talent, and energies in the service of our Lord through the ministries of Gateway.
