Called to Serve: Worship Ministry Conference 2019
Saturday, September 14, 2019 | 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

As worship leaders, God calls us to serve Him, our church, and our fellow team members. We serve God by worshiping Him - proclaiming His glory - and by serving our church and our team. We serve our church by doing our best to create an environment that is conducive to worship. We serve our fellow team members by pursuing excellence, preparing well, and worshiping fully.
This year's trainers:

VISUALS
Camron Ware started Visual Worshiper in 2007 as a way to help churches use projection media and lighting better in worship. Leading up to that, he got his start as a 16 year old working as full-time staff at a mega-church in Dallas where he was responsible for the visual worship elements in the main worship service: lighting and projection screens. The church’s sanctuary was a normal, yet boring, worship space with beige walls. Camron started to see the potential of those boring walls as a canvas, and in 2006 he setup some older projectors in the back of the room to simply see what could be possible. Camron coined the term “Environmental Projection” as a way to describe using a church’s existing architecture to digitally paint anything they wanted.

VOCALS
Sarah Darby is the founder of Destiny Studio and has been a worship leader, performer and adjunct professor at The King's University. Sarah began Destiny Studio when she moved back from Nashville, Tennessee to be closer to home. She started teaching voice lessons out of a vacant bedroom in her Mom's house but knew that her dream was much bigger than those four walls.
Fast forward a few years, Sarah moved into the location where Destiny Studio currently resides and hired a few more teachers for guitar and piano. Since then, the studio has grown tremendously and has impacted more people than Sarah could ever imagine.
